How much does Copreo cost? Price and free trial

The subscription

Copreo has one price and one plan: €2.99 a month including VAT. Every feature is included, and there are no add-on packages. Copreo shows no ads and does not sell data — the subscription is the business model. What that means, and what Copreo does not do, is on the page How does Copreo make money?

You can only take out the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically for another month unless you cancel it beforehand. You cancel through the subscription settings of the store; there is no minimum term.

When a subscription expires, your account stays in read-only mode for 90 days, so you can still look at your data. A full data export (JSON and CSV) is available on request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The free month

New users get one free month with the full range of features after registering, as set out in § 6 (5) of the Terms of Service:

• Free: The full range of features is available at no cost for one month.
• No payment method: You do not need to add a payment method for the free month.
• No automatic subscription: The free month does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.

After the free month, you need a subscription to keep using the features.

The launch test phase

For the market launch, Copreo additionally offers a free test phase. Its rules are set out in the terms of participation:

• Who can take part: consumers resident in Germany who are at least 18.
• Free: The full range of features is available free of charge during the test phase.
• No payment method: You do not need to add a payment method to take part.
• No automatic subscription: The test phase does not turn into a paid subscription. Without actively subscribing, you pay nothing.
• Limited places: There is a limited number of test places; the app shows how many are left. They are allocated in the order of registration in the app.
• Announced end: The length is not fixed in advance. The end is announced at least three days beforehand in the app and by e-mail or push notification, with a specific date.

If you do not subscribe after the free month or the test phase, you lose access to content and analyses. Your data stays stored, and you can delete your account at any time.

Cancelling and deleting

You cancel the subscription in the store, not in Copreo. Cancelling does not close your user account. If you also want to remove the account and its data, you can do that in the app or with the form at Delete account.
