Trial Phase Terms of Participation
Terms of Participation for the Copreo Test Phase.

1. Organiser and Scope
(1) These Terms of Participation govern the free test phase of the "Copreo" app (hereinafter "Test Phase") of SpuhlerLabs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Rambacher Straße 79, 65193 Wiesbaden, Germany (hereinafter the "Provider").
(2) The Terms of Service for the Copreo App and the Privacy Policy apply in addition. In the event of conflicts, these Terms of Participation prevail for the duration of the Test Phase.
2. Participation
(1) The Test Phase begins on 15 August 2026. Participation is open to consumers resident in Germany who have reached the age of 18.
(2) A limited number of test slots is available; the number currently available is displayed in the app. Slots are allocated in the order of registration in the app; no separate form, waiting list or invitation codes are required. Once all test slots have been allocated, further interested users can sign up in the app to be notified. The Provider may increase the number of test slots during the Test Phase.
(3) There is no entitlement to a test slot. Test slots are not transferable. Test slots that remain unused for a period of 14 days may be reallocated by the Provider.
3. Scope of Services; No Charge
(1) During the Test Phase, participants have free access to the full range of the app's features.
(2) No payment method needs to be provided for participation. The Test Phase does not automatically convert into a paid subscription; without actively concluding a subscription, participants incur no costs at any time.
(3) At the time of the Test Phase, the app is in an early market stage. Individual features may change; § 9 of the Terms of Service (Availability; Changes to the Service) applies accordingly.
4. Duration and End of the Test Phase
(1) The duration of the Test Phase is not fixed in advance. An end date is determined only upon the announcement pursuant to para. 2; prior to this announcement, no fixed or promised end date exists.
(2) The Provider will announce the end of the Test Phase with a notice period of at least three days. The announcement is made in the app and by e-mail or push notification to the participants and states the specific end date.
(3) The Provider reserves the right to end the Test Phase with immediate effect for good cause (in particular in the event of serious technical or security-related problems or misuse).
(4) In the event of serious or repeated violations of the Terms of Service by a participant, the Provider may withdraw the individual test slot; § 8 of the Terms of Service applies accordingly.
5. Consequences of the End of the Test Phase
(1) Free access to the full range of features ends on the announced end date. Continued use requires the conclusion of a subscription pursuant to § 6 of the Terms of Service (currently EUR 2.99 per month, cancellable monthly).
(2) If no subscription is concluded, access to the content and analyses is locked. The participant's data remains stored; the account including all data can be deleted at any time (§ 12 of the Terms of Service).
(3) The free trial month pursuant to § 6 para. 5 of the Terms of Service remains available to participants of the Test Phase: participation in the Test Phase does not consume the trial month.
(4) Interested users who were signed up for a notification at the end of the Test Phase without having received a test slot will be informed about the end of the Test Phase and the availability of the free trial month; their sign-up ends at that point.
6. Data Protection
The Privacy Policy of the Copreo App applies to the processing of personal data in connection with the Test Phase. The Test Phase does not give rise to any processing beyond that described in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
7. Final Provisions
(1) These Terms of Participation cease to apply upon the end of the Test Phase (section 4), without any separate revocation or notification being required. Sections 5 and 6 continue to apply for the winding-up.
(2) These Terms of Participation are provided in German and English. Only the German version is authoritative and legally binding.
(3) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies; § 14 of the Terms of Service applies accordingly.
