3,000+ banks, credit cards, and brokerages. Sparkassen, Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken, direct banks like N26 or DKB, neobanks, and the usual brokers. The connection is handled by BANKSapi, a payment service provider licensed and supervised by BaFin; Copreo uses BANKSapi only to retrieve account data — as a rule via your bank’s regulated PSD2 interface, and for individual banks via other access channels operated by BANKSapi. You enter your credentials with your bank or with BANKSapi; they are never transmitted to us.

We store your accounts and transactions encrypted in German data centers. A few add-on services — merchant categorization (only with your consent), push notifications, signing in with Apple or Google, and verifying subscription purchases with the App Store and Google Play — run through providers in the USA. Which data is transferred is set out in section 7 of the privacy policy.

No. We don't share financial data with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising, tracking, or credit scoring. Our business model is the subscription — nothing else.

No. The trial is free and runs without any payment method. It also never converts into an automatic subscription.

Copreo reads the statement text of every transaction and turns it into something readable: »SB-MARKT 4821 KARTENZAHLUNG//BERLIN« becomes a grocery purchase with the right category. If one lands wrong, correct it once — next time it gets it right on its own.
