Who Copreo is an alternative for

• You want to see current accounts, credit cards and portfolios from several banks in one overview, with transactions sorted automatically.
• You work with budgets per category and want to know which recurring payments are due next.
• You would rather pay a fixed €2.99 a month than see ads or partner offers in the app.
• It matters to you that your data is stored encrypted in data centres in Germany — a few add-on services run through providers in the USA (privacy policy, section 7) — and that the app only reads your accounts.
• You live in Germany — Copreo is offered exclusively to consumers resident in Germany (Terms § 1 (3)).

Who Copreo is not an alternative for

• You don't want to pay anything. Finanzguru has a free basic version [8], and according to Buhl, Finanzblick is permanently free [1]. Copreo has one free month for new users [9]; after that it is subscription only.
• You want to cancel contracts in the app. Finanzguru offers cancellations directly in the app [8]; Copreo shows recurring payments but does not cancel anything.
• You want to work on a computer. Copreo is only available for iPhone and Android. MoneyMoney runs on the Mac [2], StarMoney also on Windows [6], Finanzblick in the browser [1].
• You want to make transfers from the app. You cannot make payments through Copreo.
